After an initial triage within the appropriate Product Teams' help channels, some issues may be resolved directly in the chat.
However, if the request requires more extensive work and isn't a critical issue, you'll be asked to create a ticket on the Kanban board. Here the project teams can directly submit support requests. This allows us to prioritize your request alongside our existing Product backlog effectively.
